Monica is crazy happy with her success. “Nothing tastes as good as fit feels. I know how it feels, and I 100 percent agree with that. I feel like I have so much more control over my future and my children’s future . . . I feel like I can do anything”
Winning has made Monica realize that anything is possible. Maintaining her prize-winning figure, she’s been doing great, but consistency is making her anxious; she wants to do MORE! Sitting in her friend’s bar one fateful Wednesday night, she looked at the empty dance floor and felt a moment of inspiration. That dance floor is now the site of “Wednesday Night Workouts,” in which Monica and the barflies get down with Shaun T and do some Hip Hop Abs®! They have fun, get fit, and spread the word about Product Partners all at the same time.
Monica realizes how important it is to help other people get fit. She feels inspired to “pay it forward.” As such, she’s a dedicated Coach, and she credits her success to the MDB™ WOWY® community. “Oh my God, I have some of the best friends from the Message Boards. I absolutely depend on them 100 percent.”
Now has energy to play with kids - June
Monica continues to make strides with her body transformation. She dedicates herself each day to healthy eating and one of several programs: Slim in 6®, Yoga Booty Ballet® and P90X®.
“I finally live a healthier life.” - March
After her second child, Monica wanted to get in shape. She couldn’t deal with the fact that her behaviors were directly influencing her children. Her poor eating habits and overweight body were setting a bad example, and she needed more energy to play with her kids. She tried a personal trainer but the experience was too expensive and inconvenient. Discovering that she could receive the same results working out at home with Power 90®, Monica was on her way to a healthy, more energetic body. She found support with her WOWY® buddies and began to drop the pounds. She continued on to Slim in 6®, Yoga Booty Ballet® and P90X® as her goals shifted from one program to another. This super mom has transformed with her new super energy. Monica hopes to inspire others with her story.
